Coach Kelly is passionate about the game of soccer and believes it is a great teacher of life's lessons. Players learn to respect themselves, their competition, coaches, and referees. The lessons in competition, teamwork, hardwork, success and overcoming challenges are applicable in all sports and across their life. The success of the team and the individual are direct reflections of the focus, effort, positive attitude, desire to play and coachability. As a coach, Kelly believes it is her job to encourage development of these positive, resilient characteristics and provide an inspiring atmosphere for fun and love of this life long game, while growing player's technical skills and tactical knowledge of soccer in a player centered environment.
