Coaching Notes
Chuck will be going into his 11th year of coaching. Arsenal 07 plays in the Norcal premier league and competes for Norcal state cup, as well as competing in local and regional tournaments. We are looking to advance in standing & development this upcoming season to prepare the girls for high school.
Chuck was a multi-sport athlete playing competitive youth soccer, baseball, and basketball. In high school he switched to water polo and swimming and was recruited and played water polo at the University of Southern California. He is passionate about all youth sports, especially soccer. His goal is to develop players into better overall athletes, focusing on technical and tactical skills, building a strong work ethic, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
