PARENTS
PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT
All Coaches, Parents/Guardians, Family Members, and Players Agree to Abide By the Following Codes of Conduct.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in, but are not limited to:
- Warning
- Suspension
- Expulsion from the League.
All suspensions and expulsions will be made at the GBFC Board level and final decision delivered by the PAD Chairperson.
GBFC relies upon the support of volunteers and, in particular, volunteer coaches. These volunteers, coaches and otherwise, are not paid for their time and generously donate their time to help foster and grow our children into strong well rounded athletes and citizens. GBFC encourages parents and family members of players to get involved and volunteer to further enhance the growth and development of our youth.
If a parent has any issues with a coach, volunteer or GBFC staff member, please make the time to see that individual personally outside of schedule team events (games, practices, etc.) before resorting to emails or voice mails to express your dissatisfaction. All issues are always resolved better face to face. If you cannot get your issue resolved, please take it up with a GBFC board member for resolution.
