Coaching Notes

I grew up playing team sports and believe that it is critical to assist in the growth and development of young athletes. My goal each year is to build confidence in each player, on the field and as a young person. I emphasize building a team with a goal focused culture of accountability and an attitude of gratitude. I teach my players to embrace the challenge of being in a pressure situation because it is a privilege.
