Coaching Notes

Joel was born and raised in Barcelona—where soccer is not just a sport, but a passion embedded in the culture. He tries to impart this passion for the game to all his players. Joel played at a high competitive level until U19 and has continued to play as adult in different modalities, like futsal and indoor.

Joel puts great focus on not only on improving players’ foot skills, but also on their overall game and tactical understanding. He likes to play the game based on the possession of the ball and the passing game. His goal is to encourage teamwork while getting the best out of each player in a fun, but challenging, environment.
