Coaching Notes

I’ve been coaching soccer for 15 years. I currently coach Celtic Green, one of our club’s three 2014 boys teams. Over the past year, Celtic Green has had a remarkable run — winning both the NorCal Gold League and NorCal Gold State Cup, and now competing in the NorCal Premier League.

Our program is built around a possession‑based style of play, with an emphasis on developing intelligent, versatile players who can excel in multiple positions. We train alongside a professional coach with eight years of pro playing experience, ensuring that every player receives high‑level technical instruction.

Just as important, we’ve created a committed, competitive, and fun team culture. The boys play a lot, learn a lot, and genuinely enjoy growing as athletes and teammates.
