Coaching Notes

My coaching philosophy is simple, always put the kids first in all I do. Never have them do something I would not do. Make the experience good so they will want to keep playing this great game.

I am a student of the game always looking to learn. One of my favorite things about coaching is seeing players progress. I coach and emphasize a possession style of play.
