Coaching Notes

I have coached with Granite Bay FC for 20 years and currently serve as the Director of Coaching. I also coach our U19 Girls RL/N1 teams and our U17 Girls N1 team.

We play possession-based, attacking soccer. In training we use Rondos and small-sided positional games to emulate game situations and emphasize 1st touch, quick decision making, movement off ball, and precise passing. Our goal is to compete at the highest level possible while remembering that soccer should be fun. We want to build a sisterhood among teammates where players inspire each other to take risks, bring out the best in each other, and never give up.
