Coaching Notes

My goal is to build confidence and comradery along with having fun and growing their passion for the game. It is paramount to me that my athletes have fun and develop both soccer and life skills during the course of the season. Through a player-centric and a collaborative approach I hope to empower my players to make decisions, give feedback, and take ownership of the game. I place a large emphasis on my athletes being a team player, working together and resolving conflicts.
